Frequently Asked Event Questions
When and where are your next events schedule?
You can find a list of all schedule events here. If you don't see event details listed, it is because we are still working to confirm those details. As soon as they are confirmed, we will post the details. Also, we try to list all upcoming event locations so that you can at least begin planning your trip.
If you will be joining us via Ustream, we will post a link to view any handouts there may be for that event. If you ordered the teleconference, you should email us at 'email@example.com' prior to the event to obtain your copy.
Buying Tickets for a Friend
When placing your ticket order, please be sure to include your guest(s) name in the 'Attendee' information. This will avoid any unnecessary delays during check-in at the event.
Will You Do Events on the East Coast or outside of the U.S.?
We are sorry, but Darryl is currently very busy with other commitments and is unable to travel outside of the Western US at this time.
I purchased a ticket for the upcoming event, but something has come up and I can't attend.
Please email us at 'firstname.lastname@example.org'. While our policy is that all sales are final, in some extraordinary circumstances, we are able to work with you. Another option is to sell your ticket to a friend or family member. Just let us know the name of the person attending in your place, prior to the event, and we will update your ticket.
How do I sign up for the live stream event?
Click the 'Live Stream' button for an event and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the ordering process.
All streaming billing transactions are handled through Cleeng. Simply visit Cleeng.com and log in. Once logged in your purchased events will be displayed.
What if I already signed up for a teleconference session and want to watch the streaming instead?
If you have purchased teleconference access and wish to switch to viewing the event via Ustream, please make your purchase for the live stream event then forward us your confirmation email to email@example.com with your request for a refund. Due to the number of emails we have to process just prior to an event, we may not be able to process your refund until after the event.
Will Ustream attendees be able to ask Bashar questions?
Yes, you can use the chat window in Ustream to submit your question during the broadcast. Please note, Bashar may or may not answer Ustream questions during the event and and we cannot guarantee that your question will be chosen.
Where is the Pay Per View event that I purchased?
All streaming transactions are handled through Cleeng. When you return to Cleegn and log in, there is a link on the drop-down menu top right called "Dashboard" which lists your purchased events.
Will I be able to rewatch the event after its broadcast?
The videos from the event are recorded and accessible via your Dashboard on Ustream for 3 days after the event. To access the videos, simply log into your Cleeng account at least on hour after the event, refresh the page and click on the event in the dashboard.
What if there is an interruption in the transmission during the event?
If there is an interruption in the event stream we will re-broadcast those sections directly following the event so you won't miss anything. The entire event is available for rewatching for 3 days following the event. Log into your Cleeng account and click on the event in the dashboard. If there is an interruption in the transmission on your end, you can simply log back in to Cleeng and rewatch the event. Also note for optimal streaming results, do not connect to your network with any other devices during the event, i,e. xsmart phones, other open-browser windows, etc.
Who handles support for the live streaming events?
We have a team member ready to help via the chat feature on Ustream during the event. We will also be on our Skype account: BasharEventSupport (Text only no calls or video). All pre-event billing issues are handled through Cleeng. Simply visit Cleeng and log in to their support site.
Does my live stream ticket include a discount on purchasing a copy of the event?
The price of the ticket includes access to the live stream of the event as well as an opportunity to replay the event for the 3 days afterwards. There are no discounts on purchasing the products.
How do I upgrade from Teleconference to Live Stream?

When Will I Receive the Teleconference Access Information?
Your personal access information is already listed on your ticket below the Terms & Conditions section. We realize this is not very well placed, but our ticketing system is not compatible with our teleconference needs, so we are doing our best with what they have to offer. We appreciate your patience with this. If you need your ticket to be resent to you, please email us at 'email@example.com'.
Does my teleconference ticket include a discount on purchasing a copy of the event?
The price of the ticket includes access to the teleconference event only. This is an audio only transmission. If you wish to view the event, please purchase the live stream access. There are no discounts on purchasing the products.
I need help getting onto the call!
We have a support member standing by from one hour before the event to about half an hour after the event begins to help you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Please be as specific as possible when describing the issue so that we can assist you as quickly as possible. It takes time for us to evaluate the situation and respond, so please do not send multiple emails, unless you have updated information to provide. Thank you.
